There is a scene in Omega Ronin: Book 1 where they're reminiscing about the demise of the human race on Earth before the robots blow it up.
Phantom Windstorm is meant to be melancholy with a distant de-tuned piano effect.
I created the windstorm effect on the Matriarch with noise and filter sweeps, just like they did on movie soundtracks back in the day.
