Commentary:
This 2022-produced synthwave song is a good example of the heavier compression settings and more "robust" producing style that I adopted by the end of that year. Syntax Rhythm turned out so good that I had no choice but to name the album after it (even though I kinda prefer A 2400 Baud Romance... they both rock!)
Syntax Rhythm, the album and the song, is the moment in my Omega Ronin journey when everything seemed to click. From my perspective, this song, and the other songs on this album, mark the transition period between me "figuring out the style" and me "getting the sound quality right."
I'm pleased with this one and the sonic wall of synthwave bliss that it generates.
